Soon, you will be invited to experience our new and improved Digital Banking platform. In addition to all that you’re already accustomed to, take a look at some of the enhancements:

•  Convenient Support - send and receive messages with our support team within Digital Banking, and share your screen when needed

What You’ll Need to Know . . .

Moving to Digital Banking-

  • Soon, most clients will receive an email letting you know that you will be migrated to our new Digital Banking. Some Business clients may continue to use the current Online Banking until further notice.
     
  • Account history and scheduled transfers will migrate to Digital Banking. eStatements will also migrate, but you will have to verify your ability to view them upon your initial login.
     
  • Our new app will be available for download from your app store.  After this date, search your app store for "Amboy Bank."

Logging In-

  • You will continue to log in at AmboyDirect.com. If you are invited to join Digital Banking prior to December 10th, be sure to use the link in the email we sent you
     
  • Your Access ID and initial Password will be the same. Upon your first login, you’ll be asked to create a new password, and to verify your identity using the email address or phone number that we have on file.

- What is a Unified Experience?
A Unified Experience means that the look and feel of Digital Banking is consistent on all of your devices. It is intended to improve your experience by making navigation simple and familiar regardless of device.

- How secure is Digital Banking?
Digital Banking will employ state of the art security practices, so you can rest assured that your information is safe. You will also initially need to verify your identity through multi-factor authentication, which means you'll also need access to an email address or phone number we have on file.

- When will the transition to Digital Banking occur?
For most, it will happen in November and December. You will receive an email when we are ready for you to join. Some Business clients will continue to use the current Online Banking for a while longer.

- How will I log in to Digital Banking?
Prior to full migration, those who are invited will need to click the "Digital Banking Login" link in our Online Banking login box on our homepage. After the complete migration, the main Online Banking login box will convert to Digital Banking. 

- Can I downlaod an app?
Yes, after the complete migration you will be able to download our new app by searching your app store for "Amboy Bank." 

- Will I lose my account history, eStatements, or external accounts?
No. They will automatically convert to the new Digital Banking experience.
