After you begin the secure account opening process and enter the required information, you will then be asked to confirm the microdeposits in your linked external account. Then you'll transfer the funds from your linked account to your new Amboy account.

How often does the Treasury Index CD rate change?

The rate on our Treasury Index CD changes quarterly, and is matched to the Wall Street Journal 3-Month Treasury rate, ensuring you're always receiving a fair market rate.

How often is the interest credited to me?

At application, you will be prompted to open an eSavings account, along with your Treasury Index CD. Interest from your CD is credited to the eSavings account quarterly. The funds in your eSavings account will also earn interest, and you can access the money in your eSavings account at any time.

What are the requirements to open an account online?

Opening an account online is easy and takes less than ten minutes. You need to be at least 18 years old and a citizen or Resident Alien of the United States (some accounts also require New Jersey residency). Please have your Social Security Number, a photo ID, and your external funding information handy.
